Pottery: Intermediate Wheel-throwing Workshop

Ready to take your pottery skills to the next level? This 6-week intermediate class is designed for potters with some experience on the wheel. You’ll learn advanced techniques, including how to create lidded pots, plates, and more. Each student will have their own wheel to practice and refine their craft.
Important: This class is not for beginners.
Participants must be comfortable centering clay and able to throw a cylinder using 2 lbs of clay.

What to Know Before You Go
Masks: Optional
Clothing: Aprons are provided, but clay can get messy—avoid wearing your best clothes.
Fingernails: Keep nails trimmed short for easier handling of clay.
Left-Handed Notice: META4 wheels are designed for right-handed potters, so left-handed students will need to learn right-handed techniques.
Cancellation Policy
More than 3 days before class start: Eligible for a refund or credit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Less than 3 days before class start: No refunds or credits.
After the class begins: No refunds or credits.
Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person at no charge.
