Beginner Woodshop Burning Workshop

Date: Saturday, March 28

Time: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Instructor: Heather Martin

Discover the art of pyrography (woodburning) in this relaxing, beginner-friendly workshop. Create your own custom woodburned charcuterie board while learning how to use heat to add texture, depth, and expressive detail.

You’ll be guided through essential techniques and tools, including the use of Walnut Hollow brass tip burners and templates. Participants are also welcome to bring their own woodburning tools if preferred.

This hands-on class includes your choice of charcuterie board (approximately 8" x 10") and a food-safe board cream to finish your piece.

No prior experience is needed—just come ready to create and enjoy a fun, creative afternoon.
