About the Workshop

Step into a world of colour, shape, and design in this playful mixed media collage workshop led by Jeffrey Macklin. Explore the creative possibilities of layering pattern, texture, and colour while learning about composition and colour theory.

After warm-up exercises and inspiration from examples, you’ll create your own unique piece on a panel — ready to hang in your home.

This workshop is open to all skill levels:

  • 🎨 Beginners looking for a fun, creative outlet

  • 🎨 Experienced artists wanting to push their boundaries

  • 🎨 Anyone eager to explore new techniques and self-expression

Materials

  • Most supplies provided

  • Students must bring a 10” x 10” wood panel (or similar support)

  • Optional: additional collage materials you’d like to incorporate

Registration Information

  • Mask wearing is optional

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations more than 3 days before class: credit or refund, less a $25 fee

  • Cancellations within 3 days: no credit or refund

  • Registrations may be transferred to another person at no charge
